Project Architect or Manager

We are looking to bring on a talented Project Architect or Manager with anywhere from 5 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead team and conduct client meetings

  • Design construction documents

  • Project management

  • Act as point of contact for all technical issues

  • Develop the design of projects from initial concept to completion

  • Prepare presentations for clients and a public approvals process

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of experience

  • Master's degree in Architecture preferred

  • Ideally with multi-family experience

  • Strong technical expertise related to design and construction

  • Solid understanding of working through construction documents and administration

Interior Designer

Embarc Studio is currently seeking candidates for the positions of Interior Designer. Successful candidates for this position will have 5 to 10 years of experience.

This candidate will work under the Senior Interior Designer to help assist through a wide range of projects from start to finish. The Interior Design position will be responsible for developing the design of the project from its initial inception, preparing client presentations and creating details, interior documentation, and FF+E specifications. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of Revit, Photoshop, the ability to work on multiple projects, and work well within a team setting.
